We understand that circumstances may arise which may change your plans. Shark Limo has a very simple cancellation policy: Just give us 6 hours notice prior to your pick up time and you are ensured a full refund. Cancellations less than 6 hours prior to pick up time, or if the traveling party elects not to appear for a pickup (a no show), are charged the full fare. Fares (including gratuity) for reservations booked within 6 hours of the required pick up time are non-refundable.
